By accessing or using Cloud Presence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering contracts, and not prohibited from using our services under applicable law. Business accounts require proper authorization.
Service Availability
Our services are provided "as is" without guarantees of availability, uptime, or performance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality are owned by Cloud Presence and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited: illegal activities, malware distribution, unauthorized access attempts, harassment, spam, or any activity that damages our services or reputation.
Legal Disputes
All disputes are subject to binding arbitration and governed by Delaware law. Class actions are waived. Limited time to bring claims.
Effective Date
These Terms of Use are effective as of August 3, 2025 and replace all previous versions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
